Vctoria Florinder has a dual profile in political participation on the one hand and security sector and anti-radicalisation on the other, specializing in the security – development nexus. She has worked for ECES as election conflict management advisor for more than 3 years.


She has been involved in several ECES led projects in Africa, however primarily based as leading team member in Madagascar for the coordination and implementation of capacity-building and research activities in the 15 countries project ‘Preventing Electoral Violence in the SADC region’. She is a fully certified LEAD trainer and accredited BRIDGE trainer. She has lastly been working on the formulation of the PROPEL Zanzibar project. She is also part of the central ECES HQ coordination cell.
